Easy Housing is looking for a sales & marketing intern! We offer sustainable, social and scalable homes in Kenya, Uganda and other African countries. Our circular, biobased homes are affordable, store CO2, and create local jobs.
To further develop the market potential in Kenya,, we are expanding our team with a dedicated sales & marketing person that knows their way in the housing sector. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales & marketing and is eager to learn about our building concept. You will be well-versed in lead generation, client prospecting, and deal negotiation.

Requirements.
Education in sales & marketing or similar
Relevant experience in sales and/or marketing
Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
Experience in Google and Meta online advertising is a plus
Experience in social media management and content creation
Affinity with sustainable and affordable housing
Fast learner and self-motivated with a passion for sales & marketing
Strong presentation skills
Fluency in English and Kiswahili, both written and verbally
Based in Nairobi
Internship Activities.
Handling incoming messages on WhatsApp for Business
Following up with clients from first contact till signed contract, including:
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through social media, cold calling and networking
Preparing and sending out quotations
Setting up meetings with (potential) clients to discuss projects and contracts (among other things)
Keeping an overview of all (potential) clients and leads
Participate in exhibitions and conferences, presenting Easy Housing
Supporting our Marketing Lead on online advertisements, design and other marketing activities
Social media management and content creation
Frequent reviews on sales and financial data and customer feedback, and reporting back to the team

Location office: Riverside, Nairobi (office presence required)
Internship length: 4 months, full-time
Internship period: start as soon as possible
Supervision: daily team meetings to discuss activities. Regular supervisor meetings.
